Review
We had just entered the tomorrowland section of Magic Kingdom and saw this ride - we decided to give it a try although it was probably better for kids, although I remember seeing somewhere that this was made for 'big kids'. We waited about 15 minutes and then lined up to get into our cars. The cars themselves were modeled after miniature race cars but were on rails, and you do control the car, similar to a go cart with gas and brake pedals and a steering wheel.
The big problem I ran into was the people in front of me got bunched up and were going slow/stopping, so I didn't get to have a smooth ride. They make a big point not to bump other cars and this meant keeping on the brake almost constantly. The track length was ok, but the ride only lasted a few minutes. The overall theme was neat, with spectator stands up above the track.
Great ride for kids, and if you are an adult it might be fun to ride with a very small child and let them steer. Otherwise don't expect much, probably not worth waiting in line for.
